    1. What is the product delivery time?

      We include the delivery time with each product on the product page. When placing your order, the expected delivery time will also be included on your order. You can also contact our customer services when you need a product urgently.

    2. When will my order be delivered?

      All products that are in stock: Ordered before 00:00 will be shipped the same day.

      All other delivery times appear with the products on the product page. We deliver all orders from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 - 18:00. If you choose a different delivery method during ordering, like delivery by appointment, this delivery condition shall apply.

    3. What does 'pay later' entail?

      With us, it is possible to pay later by selecting this option on the last page of the ordering process. When you choose this option,

      you are accepting the terms and conditions, and you agree to the additional 'pay later' conditions. The invoice must be paid

      within 14 days from the date of delivery, or you must have informed us that you want to return the order. The additional 'pay later' fee is €9.95.

      Please note; The invoice and delivery address must be the same, otherwise we can unfortunately not accept your order with this payment method.

    4. How do I return my order?

      If you're not satisfied with your order, you can simply return it, and you don't need to state a reason. You can return your order by logging into your account and to mark the relevant products or order as a return. Follow the steps, and we will send you your free return labels.
